We are sorry our retail store cannot be manned and running 40 hours a week - but, we REALLY teach a LOT of Scuba; and that's how we pay our bills.

Welcome to Northern California's premier dive store! We have an immense inventory of snorkeling and Scuba gear. We are not a"discount" store. We only stock "ocean" quality gear - no POOL toys. This makes are low end prices like $35 snorkels, or prescription masks for $148 seem high. Mistake - not high! We at Cal Dive & Travel are proud of our reputation established in the 27 years we've been open. What started as a hobby has turned into the Bay Area's finest full service dive facility.

We at Cal Diving are a unique bunch of instructors who truely understand SNORKELING and SCUBA gear. Our prices rival internet discounters and OUR knowledge of how to use, fit or fix ANY equipment far outweighs any benefits of mail order shopping. Everything in our store is made for the ocean - no toys!. Dive stores are the core of the Scuba / Snorkeling industry and they should all be supported.
